Notas importantes:
1. Se sobreentiende que la persona afectada se ha comunicado con el infractor por los medios habituales para exigirle que a) acredite el material plagiado o b) lo retire de la circulación, y que el infractor a) no ha respondido o b) se ha negado a tomar medidas (si lo ha hecho por escrito, se pueden agregar los mensajes correspondientes como prueba).
2. El material estaba publicado, en efecto, con una licencia de Creative Commons, en la fecha del plagio.
3. Esta carta no la firma la persona afectada sino su representante o abogado. Esto es prueba de que no se trata de una mera rencilla sino que, agotadas las vías normales, el autor está dispuesto a tomar medidas más serias.
4. Todo el texto que aparece corchetes ( [ ... ] ) es informativo (es decir, que hay que borrarlo), u orientativo (es decir, que hay que sustituirlo por datos REALES, específicos de la denuncia, antes de enviarla).
5. Se debe remitir SIEMPRE una copia de la denuncia a la persona denunciada (al final de la carta, en el campo "cc:") y a cualquier otra persona o institución que aparezca citada en la carta.
